Shippensburg Community Collective is a fellowship of people. Fellowship, as defined in the dictionary, is a company of people that share similar interests. It is also defined as a feeling of friendship, relatedness or connection between people.

What is SCC?
SCC is a group of people who are searching for a non-judgmental, non-religious place to meet and find support and to provide secular rituals for their lives.

Who comes to SCC?
Everyone is welcome. We are a secular group who believes all beliefs are valuable and we will try to be non-judgmental and inclusive as much as possible.

What are the goals and beliefs of SCC?
Our goals are to provide a support system for people in times of need and to offer an environment for non-religious rituals to celebrate, support and honor important moments in our lives.

When do we meet?
We meet on Wednesday nights for a pot luck supper at the Thought Lot, Shippensburg beginning at 5 PM. Feel free to come any time after that. We are family friendly. We will have a craft for the kids and a community oriented activity we will work on seasonally. For the spring it will be a Community Garden.

What will SCC offer you if you come?
SCC will be a place in your town where you can have a pot luck supper with all kinds of people every Wednesday night. We will focus on secular commitments to the community filling voids and needs as we see them. We will strive for you to feel welcome, supported and valued.
